This vintage is born from 13 distinct wine pockets scattered across the Western Cape’s most celebrated wine-growing regions. Each pocket contributes its own unique character, microclimate, and soil personality—offering a harmonious balance that simply cannot be replicated.
The grapes—Chardonnay and Pinot Noir—are selectively hand-picked at the peak of ripeness between 10 January and 12 February, carefully chosen to highlight the individuality of each terroir. Harvested at 18.5–19.5° Balling, this is a meticulous gathering of fruit that reflects balance, purity, and finesse from vine to flute.
The “M” stands for Millionaire, a symbol of status, select taste, and timeless sophistication. This sparkling wine was born to elevate life’s grandest moments, crafted for collectors and connoisseurs who accept only the rarest and the best.

Crafted in Silence – A Cellar's Devotion to Detail
True to the tradition of Méthode Cap Classique, whole bunches are gently pressed at just 0.4 bar, preserving the essence of each varietal.
The base wine undergoes a remarkable 12-month maturation on the premier lees in a curated selection of French oak barrels—some petite, some grand—all contributing unique textures and layers.
Only the barrels kissed by excellence make the final blend—a perfect 50/50 marriage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, hand-selected after a full year of evolution.
In December, this refined cuvée is bottled, capturing the very soul of the vintage. The barrels are topped up only with the mysterious “angel’s portion”, a rare and symbolic gesture that respects both the aging wine and the divine patience it demands.
Step into the story behind every bottle – a tale of craftsmanship, tradition, and timeless passion.
